IAC Stations are a way to create your own special playlists / party mixes and take advantage of the fact that iacmusic.com, the site that hosts the pipeline, is renowned for the great indie acts on their pages. Independent Artists Company (IAC) has had a meteoric rise in its first year of operation in great part due to an unprecedented online talent search that pretty much covered every small corner of the internet. You will hear exceptional artists at IAC that you get to hear nowhere else. And only here at the pipeline can listeners blog and network, WHILE listening to playlists of their own making. Blogger/listeners who discover unknown talent on the IAC pages can actually give that act a boost on its way to stardom by putting them on a station with other great songs and spreading the word, using the pipeline.
It's so easy to start a station. You just log-in to your administration page, hit 'create a station', then name your station. You can fix up your station with pictures if you want and you have a choice of color schemes but that's not even necessary. Then all you do is go around and find songs you like on IAC, and click on the plus sign to add the song to your new station.
