Probably the first thing to note about the pipeline is that it's a blogger's dream, featuring not just one but 2 blog areas (see on right). The first is a place for journal entries.
The bottom one is for more elaborate blogs where the pipeline surfer can speak out on whatever topic comes to mind. Both feature complete storage of all past blogs, full editing, and a place for user comments (with optional post deletion feature). Any topic you post in the bottom blog section will show up on the front page of the pipeline. See below.

The comments link at the bottom of either blog unfolds into a truly rockin' 3D dialogue realm.
