The A&R guy will give you his completely candid opinion of your song, and may offer additional constructive criticism. If it's a truly standout song, it will be immediately put in queue for one of the upcoming KIAC radio shows.
If our expert has suggestions on how to improve your song and tags it "has radio potential" you can redo it and resubmit it at no additional cost.
This is not something you want to submit a song for if you are
ultra-sensitive about your music, because while the A&R guy is not brutal, he won't cut you slack to try to soften the substance of his evaluation.
