PEELER
Peeler is Craig Peeling, singer, songwriter & producer who has made an impact on radio and live stages across Canada & the US with the release of his debut CD ‘Evils of the Modern Pleasure Dance’.

‘Half Past High’ rose to #1 on the iacmusic.com Big 50 (over 10 million hits per month) in 2005 and was voted “Rock Song of the Year’ by the International Academy of Independent Artists.

Most recently, a demo of the song 'Place in the Clouds' garnered 3rd place in 'Rock Song of the Year' 2009 category and 'Woo Hoo' has been added to production libraries in the US and UK for TV & Movie placement.

Peeler is writing and recording for his sophomore release in 2010.

BIOGRAPHY
Born Craig Peeling in Brantford, ON, teaching guitar lessons from the age of 15, Peeler got his start in music as the guitarist for ‘Phineas Gage’.

Peeler began to explore his voice as a singer and soon after began writing songs for what would become the debut release, ‘Evils of the Modern Pleasure Dance’.

Peeler’s songs have attracted attention in Canada & the US. His passion for making music & bringing it to the world encouraged him to leave everything behind to “live the dream”.

Living that dream has taken Peeler and his live rock trio to stages across Canada and the US throughout 2006, 2007, 2008 & 2009.

Writing and writing throughout 2010 - hitting the studio late this year to record the 2nd release!

Peeler	5/20/2006 10:30:50 PM This weekend brings rest - last weekend was amazing. Peeler played the NOW Lounge in Toronto Friday and Saturday night... a tribute show for Jeff Buckley called 'For The Love of Buckley" Solo the first nite... a good nite WIth the full band Saturday nite and a solo song as well... Saturday was fantastic! A wonderful experience - there was a lot of love in the room for Peeler... I come to life onstage - its where I need to live - the best place in the world for me these days...
