This new episode concerns the 911 events and shed some chosen lighting from bits of the 911 commission hearings of 2004.
Can't really say the american government planned this, but the Bush administration improvisation on the subject, as for terrorism before 911 with Clinton and the megalomaniac tendencies in Washington towards the idea of a "All Mighty American Empire", this issue is yet to recent to close the book on it.
